5. Memberships, Billing & Refunds

  • Paid memberships are billed via Stripe on a recurring basis until cancelled.
  • You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals but does not entitle you to a refund of the current billing period unless required by law.
  • All prices are in USD unless stated otherwise and exclude applicable taxes.
  • We may change pricing on renewal with prior notice.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) resell, redistribute, or republish our content without written permission; (b) scrape, reverse-engineer, or bulk-download the Site; (c) use the Services to violate any law or infringe any third-party rights; (d) misuse the AI coach to generate unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or infringing content; or (e) impersonate any person or entity.

7. Intellectual Property

All original content on the Site — text, playbooks, graphics, audio, and code — is owned by Million Dollar Lobby or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. We grant you a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to access the content for personal, non-commercial learning use.

8. User-Generated Content

If you submit comments, questions, or other content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and reproduce that content in connection with the Services. You represent that you own or have the rights to submit it.

9. AI Coach Disclaimer

Our AI coach is a language-model-powered tool. Its output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. Verify anything material before acting on it. We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI output.

10. Third-Party Services

The Site links to and integrates with third-party services (payments, email, analytics, hosting). We are not responsible for the content, terms, or practices of third parties.

11. Disclaimers

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the operator is domiciled, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in that jurisdiction, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
